Decades on, this Holden EH Special still turned heads, but up close the finish told a different story. A rough respray had left the paint dull and uneven, riddled with orange peel, dry spray, and heavy marring. The rubbers were brittle and marked with overspray, and the chrome had lost its shine.
The entire body was wet sanded in three stages before being carefully compounded and polished to reveal the colour’s depth and flake. Now smooth, glossy, and gleaming once more, this Aussie classic is back to doing justice to its name.
